๐ How to Enable the Sidebar Post Widget
To start using the Image Widget, follow these steps:
Navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
Go toย Topper Pack โ Widgets.
Locate the Sidebaar Post widget from the list.
Toggle the switch to โOnโ to enable it.
The widget is now available in the Elementor editor.
๐ง How to Use the Sidebar Post Widget
1. Add the Widget
Drag and drop the Sidebar Post widget from the Elementor panel to your sidebar or any section.
2. Content Settings
Select Post Type: Choose the post type you want to display (e.g., Posts, Custom Post Types).
Post Filter: Use the default filter or filter by category or tag.
Post Meta: Add metadata like Author, Date, Comments, etc., to display with each post.
Display Items: Set how many posts you want to show (e.g., 4).
Post Order: Choose the order parameter (e.g., Date, Title, Name, Random, etc.).
Order By: Choose ascending (ASC) or descending (DESC) order.
Ignore Sticky Posts: Choose Yes to exclude sticky posts or No to include them.
Offset: Set the offset value to skip a number of posts from the top (default is 0).
3. Additional Options
Show Image: Toggle this on to display the postโs featured image.
Image Size: Choose the thumbnail size (e.g., Thumbnail, Medium, Full).
HTML Tag: Select which heading tag to wrap the post title (e.g., H3, H4, DIV).
Title Length: Limit the number of words or characters shown in the post title.
Enable Description: Toggle on to show an excerpt or brief content.
Content Length: Set the maximum length for post content/excerpt display.
