Go to Theme Builder:
From the WordPress dashboard, navigate to Topper Pack → Theme Builder.

Under Type of Template, select Error 404 from the dropdown.
Set Display Conditions:

Limit visibility of the 404 page to certain user roles (e.g., All, Guest, Admin, etc.).

Turn on the Elementor Canvas layout for a full-blank design with no default headers/footers.
Design with Elementor:
Click Edit with Elementor.
